Our Stone Manufacturing Process
How natural quarry blocks are transformed into polished marble and granite surfaces in Malakand.
Stone Block Selection
Raw marble and granite blocks are inspected for structural density, natural vein character, and minimal fissure lines.
Block Sawing & Slicing
Heavy gang saws and diamond circular blades slice large blocks into uniform slabs at specified thicknesses (typically 18mm to 30mm).
Surface Calibration & Polishing
Slabs pass through multi-head rotary polishers using increasingly fine diamond abrasives to produce a smooth, reflective surface.
Precision Sizing & Tile Preparation
Laser-aligned bridge saws cut slabs into standard floor tiles, stair treads, or custom dimensions required by construction drawings.
Inspection & Sorting
Each slab and tile is checked for surface finish, uniform corners, and thickness tolerance before bundling.
Safe Packing & Dispatch
Stone pieces are stacked with protective interleaving on wooden pallets to prevent transit chips and scratches during transport.
